Founded in 1999, TrueNorth is a small business specializing in credit risk management, data analysis, forecasting and custom model development. The leadership team offers more than 40 years of combined experience in financial services, credit risk management, marketing analysis, predictive modeling, business intelligence and customer relationship management.
Our mission is to increase profits for our clients by providing innovative recommendations that are empirically sound and practical. We deliver on this promise through our depth of industry and consulting experience in credit, marketing and risk management at leading organizations.
Management Team
Prinicpal
Marcy Sculley co-founded TrueNorth in 1999. She leads efforts to help clients design, develop, implement, and monitor solutions using predictive modeling, analytics, and software. Marcy works closely with clients to translate business needs into actionable analysis, with quantifiable results. Most of her analytical projects focus on portfolio/product segmentation and trends and how to best implement or change current policy and procedures. Besides preparing and delivering analytical projects, she is also involved with training clients on the data analysis and scoring/modeling process, as well as on how to implement and monitor scores/models.
Prior to TrueNorth, Marcy was a Strategic Consultant at Fair, Isaac & Co. with focus on delivering both marketing and credit risk analysis. Before Fair, Isaac, she held Vice President positions at Fleet Bank, First USA (Chase), and Citibank in both Credit Policy and Marketing Analysis areas.
Prinicpal
Patrick Richardson, one of the founders of TrueNorth, directs engagements in Risk Management policy analysis and custom model development. He specializes in data mining and custom score/model development, as well as the design and implementation of systems and data structures to support such efforts at several top-tier consumer lending institutions and the federal government.
Over the past 20 years, Patrick has been responsible for managing analysis and modeling functions, profit modeling, loss forecasting, score development and validation, account management strategy optimization, prospect marketing strategy design and optimization, portfolio valuation and due diligence reviews, custom predictive modeling, data mining, business dashboard reporting, and data warehouse implementation. Prior to TrueNorth, Patrick's experience in financial analysis, project management, programming, systems design, and administration policy analysis and implementation contributed to his success at Fair, Issac and First USA (Chase).
