Marcy Sculley (email) held a variety of roles at Fair, Isaac & Co., including Strategic Consultant and Direct Marketing Specialist.  She helped clients design, develop, implement, and monitor integrated credit and marketing solutions using predictive modeling, analytics, and software. Key projects included prospect valuation, segmentation, campaign management strategy, prospect and customer database development, response modeling, re-price strategy, and experimental design.

 

Prior to Fair, Isaac she was Vice President of Database Marketing & Analysis at Fleet Bank (Delaware) and acting Vice President of Acquisitions Credit Policy.  At Fleet she developed a time-series relational analytic database to support credit and marketing, as well as established the credit policy, marketing, and operational processes necessary to launch a national credit card program, home equity mail and telemarketing program, and an installment loan mail program.  Additionally, she managed acquisition credit policy for full-application, pre-approved, branch take one, and co-branded credit cards, and home equity, cash reserve, and installment loan products.

 

Before Fleet, she worked at First USA as Vice President of Marketing Analysis and Vice President of Credit Policy.  She founded the marketing analysis function at First USA, and was responsible for portfolio and acquisition program analysis, strategy, and forecasting to allocate over $200 million in  marketing budget.  Prior to First USA she held marketing analysis and product marketing positions at Citibank and Arbitron.

 

Marcy holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Pennsylvania State University and a MBA from the State University of New York with an emphasis in Market Research and Analysis.

Patrick Richardson (email) was most recently a Senior Consultant at Credit & Risk Management Associates, Inc. (CRMA), a subsidiary of Fair, Isaac & Co.  Patrick was responsible for managing the analysis and modeling functions at CRMA.  Patrick is experienced in financial analysis, project management, programming, systems design and administration, and policy analysis and implementation.

 

At CRMA, Patrick provided significant contributions both as a consultant and project manager in the areas of profit modeling, loss forecasting, score development and validation, account management strategy optimization, prospect marketing strategy design and optimization, portfolio valuation and due diligence reviews, custom predictive modeling, data mining, and data warehouse implementation.  He participated in and managed the sale or potential acquisition of several credit card and installment loan portfolios totaling more than $27 billion in outstandings. 

 

Earlier in his career, Patrick held the position of Senior Policy Analyst in the credit policy department at First USA. As such, he was responsible for improving existing policies and recommending new policies for managing the consumer credit card portfolio.

 

Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering, both from Cornell University.
